Academic Minimalism Challenge

Ready to tame the avalanche of physical, digital, and mental clutter that is a part of academic life?

Here’s a place to start. The Academic Minimalism Challenge will tackle the following:

(1) automating,

(2) delegating,

(3) eliminating, or

(4) aligning

Based on feedback received, I’ve reconceptualized this challenge as a weekly challenge rather than a daily challenge. To varying degrees, each task can take time and physical and/or emotional energy.

But don’t let that stop you.

Just put one foot in front of the other.

Even if you try just one challenge a month, you’ll build that minimalist muscle.
